• Salary: $100,000 - $110,000
• Requirements:
• Proven experience managing retail commercial construction projects
• Ability to craft comprehensive Construction Proposals from construction documents for presentation to project ownership
• Experience drafting RFIs, Submittal Packages, Meeting Agendas, and maintaining logs for each
• Capable of procuring, compiling, and qualifying subcontractor bids, and preparing Bid-Tabs for owner approval
• Familiarity with construction management software
